Delivery Information
- KHT UK limited offers free delivery option on orders worth £60 and over.
- Deliveries to mainland U.K - (England, Scotland & Wales excluding Scottish Highlands and Islands).
- Deliveries are also made to Northern Ireland (Next Working Day GBP 25.00), Channel Island/Isles (Next Working Day GBP 15.00 - GBP 25.00 ) & Isle Of Wight (Next Working Day GBP 15.00).
- Our deliveries are usually made by DPD & the parcels are given unique consignment/tracking numbers upon despatch.
- Deliveries are usually completed within 24 hours (next day) & remote areas within 48 hours from Monday to Friday.
- Order cut off times are usually 10 am else the order would be despatched the following next working day - as our team needs time for preparation & packaging etc.
- Our standard delivery charge is £6.48 (Orders under £60.00).
- We have an optional Saturday delivery for customer that might prefer to receive their orders on Saturday for an extra charge.
- We are unable to deliver to the Scottish Islands, Scottish Highlands, Isle Of Man, Scilly Isles & some remote locations due to the delivery times.
- If you require a same day delivery within London/Surrey, this depends on the service, location or urgency of the order – please call us to check.
- For your convenience you can choose a delivery date with instructions on where you would like your order left (safely) at checkout (depends on the order as per T&C).
- Ensure that we have your full address and contact details including postcode and contact phone number/email.
- If your delivery date/day is urgent or for a special occasion and cannot be booked online, please call us to arrange by telephone or email.
- Please call or email us for any delivery matters; we will do our best to ensure your order reaches you securely & safely.
- Our safe & secure packaging ensures the meat remains nice and fresh until it reaches you within 24 or 48 hours.
- Our products are delivered in an insulated cardboard box with cool pads anywhere within mainland UK.
- The ordered meat is kept cool in transit for up to 48 hours with the thermal insulated packing.
- Our team carefully uses tray packs, skin packing or vacuum packets for fresh or frozen meat with an ice pack and then wrapped in eco-friendly insulation that keeps it cool during the journey.
- Customers are also welcome to collect their orders from our premises by appointment only.
- Note that once the parcel is despatched, it should be on its way to your shipping address & no where else such as a depot or collection point.
- No deliveries are made on Bank holidays & other official holidays such as Christmas or Easter.
- Our meat is packed in a temperature controlled box that stays chilled for up to 48 hours. The foiled bubble insulated liners - maintains temperature during transit & is manufactured to the standards of the food industry.
- The ice pack/gel pack - coolants keeps the product chilled ... Recyclable box - our boxes can be reused or recycle elsewhere ...our typical delivery package box below:
