1. Acceptance of Terms:

When you place an order on our website you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions; please read them carefully.

These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Orders are accepted only upon and subject to the seller's conditions of sale as printed herein. Unless expressly accepted in writing any qualification of these conditions by the buyer in any written or printed document or otherwise shall be inapplicable. No binding contract shall be created by the acceptance on the part of the buyer of a quotation or offer made by the seller until notice of the acceptance of the order in writing shall have been given by the seller.

We will do this either by email to the email address provided or by displaying a message on the website immediately after you have submitted your order.

2. Prices, delivery & charges:

Orders are accepted only on condition that goods will be invoiced at the price ruling at the date of despatch. The seller reserves the right to alter prices without notice to cover variations in the cost of raw materials, labour etcetera… or through the buyer's change of design or for any other reason. If variation in price occurs during the currency if an order the price of the un-despatched portion of the order outstanding at the date of such variation in price may be adjusted accordingly.  Orders made from the UK or the European Union, include taxes. All other orders are VAT free. If you are a business customer from other EU member countries and registered with your own country's VAT, then we can issue a Zero VAT invoice under the condition that you provide your VAT number and the copy of the VAT certificate issued by the related government authority from your country. Generally food produce are zero VAT.

The prices do not include delivery charges.  The delivery charge may vary depending on your area and delivery times.

The seller shall not be liable in any way in respect to unforeseen delivery issues however caused nor shall such failure to despatch be deemed to be a breach of the contract.

Where certain conditions & instructions and materials are to be supplied, the buyer shall supply the same in reasonable time to enable the seller to despatch within the period named. 

3. Payment methods & digital wallets:

Acceptable methods could be any card payments such as credit/debit card or any online methods listed on the website. Other digital wallet options such as crypto would be added if available, else just use whatever payment methods are listed.

Non technical users may choose to call us & place orders over the phone too.

We reserve the right to terminate our agreement, if we are refused authorisation for payment made through our website or via the phone.

The buyer must agree to assure our company in full against all costs incurred by us in obtaining payments in the event of a failed payment. Administration charges may be incurred and may seek legal compensation – the buyer would be notified prior to any unexpected event.

4. Promotions:

Quite often, promotional offers are implemented through our website or company; please note that these offers are subject to terms and conditions.

We reserve the right to offer different promotions to different customers at our complete discretion, change the terms of any promotions or withdraw them altogether at any time and without prior notice. Promotional offers will be given on the terms of that promotion & prices. 

5. Delivery:

Our intention is to deliver the order(s) within the delivery slot requested at the time the order was placed, however this is always subject to availability. We will not be liable if we fail to do so in part or in full due to circumstances beyond our control.

In any case our liability to you will be restricted to the price of goods not delivered and the cost of delivery.  Please note, we will despatch the order to the provided delivery address or amended if informed within the time slot.  We will always try to supply the complete quantity ordered. In the event that the items delivered are incomplete or incorrect, please contact us immediately. If you are not satisfied with the delivered item received, we will arrange with you for the item to be collected, our liability will be limited to the price of the goods not delivered, incorrectly or unsatisfied and the cost of delivery.  Despatched goods must be ‘signed for’ on delivery & claims can only be made upon delivery verification.

The buyer could be charged for any additional re-delivery and handling that we need to make for an order.  In the event that nobody is available to take delivery of an order at the provided delivery address or request us to leave the goods at a secure place - we disclaims all liability that may arise in consequence of the delivery being left unattended, including, without limitation, theft, tampering or contamination, however caused.  If your delivery is refused or not accepted at a recipient’s address, we cannot be held responsible and cannot offer a free replacement or refund.

If we are unable to supply any of the items in your order we will contact you to agree appropriate substitution or actions. If we have difficulty contacting you this could delay the despatching of your order.

6. Force majeure

The seller shall not be responsible for any delays in delivery or any inability to deliver or any loss arising thereof due to fire, mechanical breakdown, strikes, lockouts, civil commotions insurrections, war of other unforeseen or exceptional circumstances of any kind beyond the seller's control.

7. Defective Goods

Inspect your delivered goods and notify us immediately of any issues.  For goods that do not meet your satisfaction, our team would arrange a collection and either refund, replace or deal with any request preferred.  Our company guarantees the quality of our produce and from our appointed affiliates.

8. Infringement of patents or registered designs

The buyer shall indemnify the seller against all damages penalties costs and expenses which may become liable as a result of work done in accordance with the buyer's requirement which involves infringement or alleged infringement of a patent, registered design or any other intellectual property right.  The content on our website is protected by copyright, trademarks and related intellectual standards.  All used copyrighted images are cited.

9. Cancellation & Changes

The buyer may cancel or suspend an order by written consent, phone or email within the frame of processing - agreement to terms which will indemnify us against any expense incurred, should be clearly understood that where an order calling for scheduled delivery is placed with the seller.  If an order has not been despatched or processed based on your request you may cancel it by telephone.  

In the event of cancellation or postponement of programmed orders we reserve the right to invoice for the difference in selling price applicable to the quantity taken up to the time of cancellation especially when it comes to processing & cutting meat.

For non perishable goods you may return for a refund based on UK consumer rights.

Returned goods must be unused, in the same condition as they were delivered to you, and in the original packaging

10. Indemnity/Liability

The buyer shall indemnify the seller in respect of all damage or injury occurring to any personal property and against any actions and expenses in that connection for which the seller may become liable in respect of the goods sold if the damage or injury caused by the negligence of the buyer or his servants or agents.  Nothing in these T & C will exclude our liability for personal injury or other caused by our negligence.  We will not be liable to you or any third party for any consequential or incidental loss.

11. Construction

This contract shall be construed in all respects as an English contract and in conformity with the English Law.

12. Privacy Policy

We do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment.

Personal details & credit information goes through the secure protocol - Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt the connection between the buyer (you) & seller (us). Personal details are stored securely on servers that are not directly accessible via the Internet.
