What we collect

We do not collect more data/information than is required to meet our stated purpose and will not retain it for longer than is necessary. Website (Data aggregation, analytics and profile creation)

When you visit our site, a 3rd party service such as Google Analytics or related is used to collect analytical log and details of our web site visitors' behaviour sample and pattern. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site, location & other simple default Google analytics log. The processed data does not identify any specific visitor and no attempts are made by Google or related organisations to find out the identities of those visitors to our website. We do not use any service or a third party source to manage our social media communications.  When a message is sent via private or direct message, the message will be dealt with & deleted if not required in relation to your query.  We do not share your data with any other organisations.

Call our helpline/customer support:

When you call our customer service, we do not collect but Caller ID.  Line Identification information is used to identify the caller in case the line gets disconnected.

Not all the telephone lines have the same service & we do not retain any information from the calls or record them.  If the user decides to leaves their details on our voice mail, this would be deleted when the query has been handled.

Email us:

We use Transport Layer Security (TLS) & other secure protocols to encrypt and protect email traffic in line with the authorities. If your email service does not support TLS, you should be aware that any emails we send or receive may not be protected in transit.

We will also monitor any emails sent to us, including file attachments, viruses, spam, phishing or malicious software.

Chat service:

We use Interactive chat service for handling real time customer enquiries.

Upon using our live chat service, we collect your name and email address and the message; if we aren’t able to respond in real time (else no data is collected).

This data is deleted after the chat and will not be shared with any other establishment.
